I cut this decoration from 3mm wool felt and used a leather punch to make the holes. It was inspired from a project from one of my japanese craft books (ISBN 78-4-07-257064-7)

I made this bag decoration from a project (page 24) of a japanese craft book ISBN9784579111152 - I'm afraid I don't know the translation in english for the title or author. I tried to copy the project from the book as best I could using the supplies I had - lots of cutting - but really fun to stitch together!
