I love trees, the taller the better in my opinion. One day I would love to see the 'real' giant redwoods and giant sequoias in the USA. I feel right at home surrounded by these beauties.

Autumm brings such a beautiful change to our colourful landscapes and woodland. For me it is by far my favourite season to walk in woodland areas. I love everything from the crunch sounding of the leaves under foot to the beautiful coppery red colours and pine cone smells. So pretty and will stay pretty if and when the white dust takes hold.

The glorious view from Seat How. This wasn't actually the top, the path we took, took us higher but from here the view was interrupted across Derwentwater. Simply beautiful
