Sometimes it just has to be done....

Bacon, free range pasture fed eggs, portobello mushroom, garden tomatos, capsicum/peppers and halloumi cheese. All served up with wholegrain toast.

grassfed beef ribs marinated in honey, soy, rice wine, garlic, chilli, ginger, five spice, etc, for 1.5 days. Slow cooked and basted then blasted on the grill :-)

I think she hasn't had unrestricted access to grass since she was a yearling, she's manic for the stuff. She has put on a lot of weight since she arrived, gloosed right up and looks properly healthy now. This might not be as upper class as a Geelong racing stable but it's better than a tin of dog food or a findus lasagne.
