Lego Modular Building -Pub-

This is my latest modular building, a Pub!
How have the poor citizes in lego city survived without a real good pub?

Design:
What started of as an table-scratch-store ended up in an classic pub.
And this is the first time i have ever made an first floor with color (they are usually light grey) and i think it did turne out very well for a first try.
The second lever i wanned a more "clean" feeling to kinda separate the Pub from the apartments, and i think that turned out very well too!
I did also made an tile-roof, witch i hope you think looks good.

Jameson42 you are added to this picture because it was you who told me to make colored first floor.

Yup, your not blind sir, i have finally made an new modular building :3
I think it looks pretty nice! but deffently not one of my best ones.
still haven´t made that PaB order.........

Design;
I was going for a more clean design on this one, as you can see this house dosen´t have, for example, all the details around the windows that I usually have. otherwise it´s pretty much my standart.

Thsi one is also an re-uploaded house.

Planning:
When i design this house i wanned too use a bit darker colors in contrast too the yellow one (the house before this). So i decided too use DK-red and i think it turned out really good! And this time i where aalso going for an store on the first floor and conpartment on the two upper floors.
Thos one is also based of the Lego(s) Pet Shop set, as can tell on many places here ;)

So this is an re-upload of this house, sence i made those a long time ago when i was very un-knowd here on Flickr. But i wanned you guys see it ;)

The hard part while designing this was that i made it in yellow, wish is very hard too work with cuz it´s so bright, so thats why i have an black roof and many grey details, this is inspired by the new lego(s) Pet Shop set, you can problety find some afmilar parts ;) So overall i really like how this turned out.

So this is problety a disappointment for you guys, but i realyl wanned too keep the fire station, but don´t be soo sad cuz in the future i will make an custom fire station! i just wanned to take a shot of this.
I really hope you liek it anyway ;)

This is too 90% legos design so it aren´t much too talk about, i only removed the middle floor and re-built the roof, made it a bit higher.

Here i am with the first custom CC-house in my new custom city!
And i will say i totally love this! it´s basicly made with the pieces from Green Grocer,

Designing:
When i design this i wanned an Grand but still a pretty clean design, thats why i did come up with ide too use the tiles as detailing but still keep it very clean, and the color work are pretty basic, sandgreen upper floor, and an light grey first floor with an Dk-red detail.
So over all i´m very happy with this house.

And i hope you guys also like it :D

Lego Pondus store 06

So this one more re-uploaded house.

Planning:
It took one week to design this house, but i think it was deffently worth it! sence this is one of my personal favorites, i where going for an a bit cleaner fisrt floor and the make an grand and impressive top floor, wich i think did work out pretty well! the first floor got some minor Dk-blue details and then a Dk-blue top floor.and last an gray roof with an little blue detail on the front as you can see, that was it for this building.
