I was taking the pictures but finding that the quality was plummeting as fast as I was taking them. Processed with Photomatix, I'm looking forward to working with this more. I'm not sure if I love this one or not, but I'm looking for any constructive criticism. When I arrived at the base the snow had started falling but I couldn't turn back after an hour drive! I hiked the scenic route into the canyon, which proved to be fairly easy. But the actual canyon proved to be very treacherous in the snow. <br /> <br /> Lots of slipping and falling had me reconsidering continuing deeper into the canyon. But it seemed so close so I ventured on. It was definitely worth it as I had the frozen falls all to my self. <br /> <br /> The sheer size of the frozen mass was intimidating. I couldn't fit the entirety of it in a single frame. But when I got up there I realized there was too much snow and too many skiers! So I journeyed back down the canyon into a campground full of x-country ski trails.<br /> <br /> I wandered around in the cold weather and found this stream.
