We visited West Woods in Wiltshire yesterday and found these really lush vibrant patches of grass amongst the stunning bluebells. I told Janet that these were patches that the fairies played in and I am sure she believed me :)

Hooke Park woods in Dorset was the venue today, the bluebells aren't quite ready yet but the weather was good so we went just in case the weather is bad next week. We will try again and hopefully get a denser sea of blue.

Wow, spring really sprung today, the first day I actually felt the warm sun on my back, the best day of the year so far....here are my favourite flowers of the spring to celebrate a lovely day.

Away at the weekend with some photo buddies and during a wet and windy afternoon we decided to do some water drops just grabbing some backgrounds from magazines lying around, thought they were quite interesting. More interesting than the flat light shots I had from the rest of the weekend!

My niece just is not happy having her photo taken these days, I have to really bribe her into doing sessions for me. I have to be very quick to capture her.

Wow I have just noticed what Flickr has done to the pink in this photo, completely different than the upload to Facebook. How can it be so different!

It is snowdrop season! I went on a snowdrop workshop with Charlie Waite and Sue Bishop at Kingston Lacy on Saturday and then went out on my own to Hestercombe today, great weather and now all snowdropped out but there will be a few to post! This was taken with a compact camera as you can literally stick it underneath and get so close.

One for Valentines Day! Sorry I haven't been around much on Flickr recently I have been a bit busy with baby photography, you might be seeing a bit more of it but still hope to get out and about trying all of my other forms of photography when I can.
