I was in a bus. Happened to have my iPhone camera ready when it drove by this area. Even the birds were part of the mural on the building. The bus I was in was one of those 'wrapped' in some type of mural or advertising something...thus the small round grid work you see was from being on the inside looking out through that exterior wrapping.
