Roasted Turkey Roll and Beef Panang Curry

Renée S. Suen posted a photo:

Two different proteins for those seeking a heavier main: grilled turkey roll filled with aromatics in a viscous lemongrass infused sweet and sour sauce and the restaurant's signature creamy and crisp beef panang. I'll confess, the "lighter" of the two land proteins was my least favourite. There's something about grilled turkey breast meat (unless it's brined) that's on the dry and bland side (despite the complex and palate whetting sauce pooled around it). Beef Panang was as usual amazing - those who know Hong Kong's celebrity food critic, ToTo would be pleased to know that he approved of the beef panang, apparently lapping up every last drop on a visit to Linda's earlier this week.
