Last month I shot with one of my favorite models, Kelley, and an old friend of mine named Jamison. Jamison has recently gotten interested in modeling, contacted Kelley for some advice, and she contacted me about doing this shoot with them. The inspiration was "young love" and sort of American Eagle/Abercrombie & Fitch-styling. I just blogged the first part of this set at www.sarakiesling.com/blog - and the second part will be released later this week!

Back in January, I headed out to do a shoot with my friend FRANKMUSIK. It ended up turning into me filming a music video (I'd never even used my camera for video, other than a couple times at concerts, so I had absolutely no idea what I was doing...I also didn't have a tripod, and I'm a super shaky person in general...so yeah haha). I only took a few photos that day, and this is one of them.

I'd been dying to shoot with Kelley since last summer, and we finally did it last month! We had hoped for a warm shooting day, and as far as February in Minnesota goes it definitely was pretty nice out - but we were still freezing the entire time. She was amazing though, and I absolutely loooooove how this set turned out, and I'm obsessed with this location. More will be on my blog hopefully within a few days!

I'm planning a trip to Los Angeles for the end of the month, so if anyone is interested in booking a shoot or photography mentoring session, please get in touch with me for rates!

My friend Casey Carlson (whom I'm sure you all recognize from my millions of photos of her) just released her first music video for her new musical project, Quigley. I filmed the video for her in January, and was amazed when I saw the finished product today, which Casey edited herself! Check out the video and let me know what you think!
