James Houison (1800-1876) was a noted Australian colonial architect, who designed a number of private and public buildings in Parramatta and Sydney. In Parramatta, these include St John’s Church c1852, All Saints Church c1847,.Perth House 1841 and his home Kia-Ora c1840.
