Early Spring 2039:

American soldiers utilize underground water systems to supply fresh water to the Southern US and to parts of Central America under American control. The use of these systems provides water more evenly and efficiently and also reduces any risks from the effects from Project Washington. Along with that, it allows the US to control much of Central America with ease, and surveying and studying areas further South near the Dead Zones becomes easier to do without much military risk whatsoever. Much of these underground areas are overgrown however. Due to lack of proper maintenance and suitable growing conditions for plant life. This does present the only major hazard for the safety of military personnel and the only obstacle in maintaining the health of the water.

Rio Nuevo, formerly known as Rio de Janeiro, a city once found in Brazil and now in Greater Argentina and the city now controlling most of South America. Brazil, weakened by the effects of Project Washington lost it's power to Greater Argentina supported by Sharp Sky. Sharp Sky, recently bolstered by rich individuals during it's stay in India is providing adequate military support while Argentina's ISF keeps most of Rio Nuevo's streets clean. Sharp Sky is utilizing new soldiers known as the Sharp Sky Tactical Force. These elite soldiers utilize heavier armour than regular Sharp Sky Operatives and are highly advanced.

300 Hours
Rio Nuevo, Greater Argentina

Objective completed; the hunt is complete. We followed the European Commando and his team to the Bank where Namarra supposedly had a connection to get out of the city. After our snipers took out the units supporting the Commando, I took care of the Commando himself before entering the building to finish off Namarra.

Well I do realize I've been putting out semi-crappy scenes lately and this will be the end of that tradition. Trust me, I'm just as sick of it as you guys.

2300 Hours
Rio Nuevo, Greater Argentina

After searching through Namarra's suite, we took to the streets and searched through the areas of the city that would be the easiest to lose oneself in, these being the crowded street of the business area and the more slum-like parts of the city. No luck. At about 2100 hours we received word from one of our Scouts that a man, presumably Namarra, had been spotted near the Western edge of the city about 20 km from his apartment. The Scout told us the coordinates until he was cut-off from us. It was pretty obvious that he had been killed by someone, but we not yet know who. At the spot where he was last stationed there was nothing to be seen. However, we were back on the trail for Namarra once again, this time with needed urgency.

Inspired by Andreas's Shadowknight ll. Although I usually don't do this I thought he deserved some credit.

The light of Rio at night was shining through the big windows of a skyscraper. Shortly after midnight, when the noise of shattering glass broke the unpleasant silence, EU Commandos were entering Namarra´s 45th floor penthouse. The dark rooms were empty and only the remains of the skylight were disturbing the almost medically clean look of the penthouse. The only light coming from the dim lights in the public hallway, let in by a hastily closed door not fully shut.

"Namarra must have been warned, he can´t have gotten far."

Sergeant Terrin Leroy: "Sergeant Horn, we have had no contact with since the blackout 90 minutes ago, where is your squad's location?"

Corporal Carson Horn: "I lost contact with my squad during the blackout, haven't seen them since."

Sergeant Terrin Leroy: "This isn't a game, Horn. Where did you last see your squad?"

Corporal Carson Horn: About 1 mile into the Pacific Entrance, Section 7. I have repeatedly tried their comms, no response."

Sergeant Terrin Leroy: "Very well Horn, here's the plan. Circle back around from the main objective. There is a US medical team stationed there, 350 metres from your objective. Go there, maybe they can help you locate your squad."

Corporal Carson Horn: "Affirmative, and the charges we were supposed to plant?"

Sergeant Terrin Leroy: "If you manage to locate your squad, proceed as planned. Private...Hudson was carrying the charges, correct?"

Corporal Carson Horn: "Yes Ma'am. I will proceed with your orde- hold on. Fire in an upcoming building, permission to check it out?"

Sergeant Terrin Leroy: "Permission declined, Horn. We have little to no information on that building."

Corporal Carson Horn: "Affirmative, proceeding as ordered."

Winter, 2029. Maximillian Sky and another Sharp Sky Executive Richard Parker are meeting to finalize Sharp Sky plans. These plans are to retreat into India from the pressure the EU is forcing onto Sharp Sky. These meetings are taking place in Abu Dhabi, where, months earlier the EU had sent forces into only to be repelled by SSA operatives. Now the EU is set to end the SSA presence in the Middle East. Using the underground tunnels, the swiftly march straight into the heart of the Sharp Sky body.

EU LRV moves through the outskirts of Moscow, supplying troops to designated areas of the city. The city itself is lying in partial ruin as the European forces continue to push towards the heart of the infamous Warsaw Pact. The European Union's superior tactics and technology have crushed the inferior Warsaw Pact forces and defeat is more than highly probable.

32 x 32 studs big diorama. Greatly inspired by Andreas's Fallout Zone. However, mine is more situated towards the build and setting rather than the vehicle, although this does offer more views of the EU LRV TT. I quite like how the build turned out actually; looks very good in my opinion.

October, 2029. EU troops compose a final push to fully capture Abu Dhabi. Although the defense created by the Sharp Sky Associates has kept the offenders at bay, the superior EU forces have demonstrated overpowering firepower from their highly advanced troops. Abu Dhabi is suspected to fall by November and with that the presence of Sharp Sky in the Middle East.

EU LRV Troop Transport

The Troop Transport variant of the EU LRV was introduced shortly after the standard vehicle design was mass produced. The design features a longer back section and a hatch along with three sets of wheels instead of the normal two.

Yes, so I made a vehicle. ;D Special thanks to Andreas for making the EU LRV Instructions along with helping with the design. Thanks should also be given to Mixbrix and Deff who, along with Andreas, helped me make this as good as it is here.

On a side note, you may notice that not every part of this is perfectly colour-correct. That's just due to having a lack of parts, which will be fixed in the following weeks with an update to come.

Sharp Sky Associates

The backbone of the Sharp Sky PMC. These highly trained soldiers are equipped to fight any enemy on any environment. Standard units are trained to use various forms of assault rifles and sub-machine guns. These units are easily definable with their standard red beret. These soldiers are swift and deadly, and are known to strike fast and without notice.

My European Union forces. Small in comparison to Andreas's but I am quite happy with them. For now only one vehicle, the EU LRV (design credit to Andreas). Expect some sort of an update in the next month or two.

I also apologize for the half-decent photo. It was snowing all day today so there was no chance to get outside to take a photo.

March 2029 - SSA troops execute a mission to locate an abandoned DARKWATER military facility in Sudan. They met no resistance and recovered old DARKWATER technology and documents hidden in the facility. Lucky for them, it did not look like the EU had found the place yet. However, some rooms and certain areas of the facility looked demolished and unrecognisable. Reports indicate the facility has hastily destroyed by DARKWATER units after the head of the facility was executed due to his little care to orders issued by DARKWATER command. Sharp Sky was hired by the Indian government to raid this place. They were hired to find DARKWATER technology for the Indian armed forces that use semi-outdated equipment. This successful mission strengthened relations between Sharp Sky and the Indian government. Unintentionally, this annoyed the European Union’s leaders because they had been the ones who had found many facilities in Eastern Africa and the Middle East. According to found DARKWATER documents, this facility had encountered safety and maintenance problems and had been disbanded.

The Sharp Sky figure in the scene is the new standard for all main SSA figures from now on. Scout and Marksman/Sniper variants aren't official yet.
