All done in Photoshop - no Adjust or Simplify for this one.

Used the same four photos as in the conventional panorama, plus an extra central one for this Hockney style collage. It is very experimental for me, but I have been wanting to try this style for ages then I suddenly realised how it could be done with (relative) simplicity in Photoshop. (Don't use lightbox for this image - the effect is destroyed totally!)

Dawn on Sunday processed mainly in ACR - all I did in photoshop was to clone out a few distracting items - like aeroplanes. Only increased vibrance - saturation not touched

I really wasn't content with that rework - so here's a retake! Different perspective - shows that the crane is free standing not attached to wall as I remembered! (Memory is so funny - I have had to relocate all the photos as this place is closer to Clapton and Stamford Hill.) The time this time is dawn, not way after sunset. Two photos merged using HDR Pro. Couldn't resist using adjust to intensify the lovely sunrise.

rework - slightly bigger crop with more black on the bottom and a small amount of wall to the right so the industrial bits don't just appear out of nowhere, also left the lights and their reflections in this time. The glow in the sky is street lighting. The river is the Lea near Stamford Hill. Opened the original jpg in camera raw for most of the processing but used Topaz Denoise for the noise. I have blurred out some detail in the bare trees doing this but it is better than the noise I think. Ideally I would have liked to retake the whole thing with the 60D which would have had no trouble at 400 ISO (nor would my powershot SX120!). Canon Powershot A95 for 1 second at f2.8 ISO 400! (2004 vintage camera, 5Mpix). Image taken in 2007.
