When the Böögg’s head finally explodes the season of fog and cold feet is officially over. A fast explosion of his head promises a warm and sunny summer. Lower peirce reservoir is the source of Singapore's longest river - Kallang river. It was commission in 1912. Along with MacRitchie Reservoir, Upper Peirce Reservoir and Upper Seletar Reservoir, this forms the main pool of nature reserves in Singapore.
