The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Albany, NY

Allegrone Masonry recently completed the restoration of the front entry portal at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Albany, NY. The 2nd phase of work will be completed in the Spring of 2011, which includes installation of hand-carved imperial red granite treads and plinth blocks.

This photo features hand-carved brown stone imported from England, fabricated in Canada, and installed by Allegrone Master Craftsmen.

One of Allegrone Home Builders' new custom homes is being built at Lenox Meadows on East Street. One of the many beautiful features of this new home that nears completion is custom cherry and maple cabinetry with porcelain tile backsplash in the kitchen.

Oakley Center at Williams College

Allegrone Construction completed the exterior facelift at the Oakley Center at Williams College in Williamstown, MA. This scope of work included a new handicap accessible ramp, new copper flashings on the slate roof, re-painting of the entire outside, replacement of the historic railing assemblies with new azek replicated pieces, and replacement of the south terrace with stamped concrete.

Dining Spaces Renovations at Williams College

Allegrone Construction recently completed the dining services renovations for Williams College in Williamstown, MA in (4) of their dining spaces. Allegrone’s scope of work included new cabinetry and granite countertops in all four spaces, new commercial kitchen equipment, new flooring and painting, new electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work as was required for the new equipment. Allegrone was awarded the project after competitive bid in mid June and had to complete the (4) projects by August 20, 2010, which was achieved. All facilities re-opened for the students on time as scheduled.

Stockbridge Bowl Residence

Allegrone Construction has completed demolition at the residence on Stockbridge Bowl. The well is installed and the foundation for this new home is scheduled to start next week. Completion is slated for May of next year.

Allegrone Construction Co. continues its ongoing green building practices through the use of collecting on-site, existing materials from current construction sites in order to reuse for a new purpose. Salvaged materials are collected for our own future use to both lower construction costs and prevent old, useful materials from becoming waste.
