Lesli Wood, lead singer of the band Ms. Led belts out an acoustic accompaniment as part of a music & literature mash-up at Bumbershoot.

The idea behind the mash-up was that the authors would read from their books, during certain parts of the story they would be accompanied by music courtesy of Lesli Wood.

As a person who normally finds book readings kind of dull this approach really spiced things up and made it much more entertaining.

Later she played the guitar in accompaniment with the authors reading as part of a music & literature mash-up at Bumbershoot.
