I got this doll an obitsu, and the obitsu is falling apart! Everytime I move her, the top of her body pops off, and some times so does the bottom, and the connecter between them. Plus, her neck is floppy, at a joint around shoulder height. She hasn't been dropped and she is stored with bubble wrap. I contacted the sellerof the obitsu, and she saidshe didn't know why that happened. She also said I could ship it back and she could look at it, maybe replace it, but I need it and can't wait for it to be shipped there and back. So, does any one know what happened? Or how to fix it?
