Here you see the first encounter of Arnold, a poodle mix who is hypothyroidic and whose days were counted at the dog pound, and Bonnie, a tiny shih-tzu, found in the streets unable to move because her hair was horribly tangled. I had to shave her down completely and discovered she is extremely skinny, must have been wandering in the streets for quite some time... So this Summer I became a nurse, caring for these outcasts, dealing with their issues and giving them a happy and peaceful retreat.
