A few more shots from the beach. This is the lifeguard area that is often seen in an Australian TV show called "Bondi Rescue".

A kite that a boy was flying landed in the sand, close to a shadow of someone taking a photo of other kites in the sky. I saw the kite and the shadow, and saw the boy running to pick up the fallen kite, and knew that I only had a few seconds to take the photo with this composition.

Unfortunately, I wasn't fast enough and when I took the shot, the boy was already running into the frame (at the top right corner). I cropped a bit of the photo, and Photoshopped the rest of the boy out. Yep, I cheated. :) Would you have known if I didn't tell you? Nope, you wouldn't have. :P

Is Flickr really slow or is it just my internet connection? I'm having so much trouble uploading pics, sometimes waiting 20 mins or so for the upload page to load.

Anyway, here's a few more pics that I've been trying to upload for about a week now! Wish Flickr would do something to allow the pages to load faster. Sigh.

My walk took me to Bondi Beach where I met some friends. I'll have to come back one day to take photos, earlier in the day when the shadows are in the other direction.
