&lt;p&gt;Third in a series (here).  I'm really sorry I found this after it had faded badly, and had to shoot it in bright sunlight/deep shadow (think of it as a tear in the fabric of reality).  On the side of The Victoria Theatre, and clearly designed to be placed there.  The caption reads, &amp;quot;BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TO GET HER&amp;quot;.  At least, that's one way you can read the letter spacing.&lt;br /&gt;

By the way, I'm interested in more information on these public wall-mounted frames; if you know more, please share.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
