This shows a girls back with a quote and then a heart in the middle....which resembles her own. A dark thick black vine has grown inside her heart to resemble the pain she feels when people gossip about her. Three girls stand at the center of her, which are the result of her pain.

The girl's skirt shows much motion and is filled with deep sad words about break-ups. This is a stark contrast to the guy and his simple-mindedness and how the break-up didn't affect him as much as it affected her.
