I saw this quote and knew that it would be perfect- both for my photo this week, and for Boone in general. His fear doesn't define him, but it is a part of him. He tries very hard to be brave, but there are certainly times where he becomes overwhelmed.

We've had a few minor setbacks in the courage department since Boone's escapade. He bolted at the park the other night- thankfully he stopped before actually leaving the park. He had been doing very well, and really is back to his normal self- mostly. He has always been a nervous dog, but generally gains confidence from me, and the other dogs. We will have to work on rebuilding some trust I think.
