Running up next to the Wharf shed is the shortest railway in NZ . Just a very short track of about 30 metres from the jetty to the shed

This is on the way back early afternoon. On the way there early in the morning it was cloudy with just cheeky glimpses of the mountains to the right and in the distance

A beautiful part of the south island of New Zealand about 60 kilometres from Queenstown with Mt Earnslaw (2819m) and the Forbes Mountain range. We were on the Glenorchy /Paradise road and we were wondering when we were going to reach the settlement of Paradise. After a while we realised there is no town the whole region is paradise
