In a distant future earth is attacked by a poisonous alien slime. Androids were sent out to decontaminate the earth.

The Truck features some rarely used metal blue or chrome blue parts. It has working steering, a very flexible anti slime cannon and the cockpit floor can be lowered for easy access.

Oh yes, it's done! I had this project lying around for about 1 1/2 year and never finished it, because it was torture to build! But I wanted to do this, because it is my favorite movie robot! So it was a real challenge to build it with the rare amount of golden parts that LEGO provide.
But I'm rather pleased with the result. My robot incorporates two red Light Bricks and some red parts and gears to let the robot glow like in the movie.
I had to use four different kinds of gold: pearl gold, flat dark gold and some parts of metallic gold and light pearl gold. If you look closely you will find some grey and black parts, too.
Due to the design of the "real" one, my LEGO robot is very unstable. So don't jolt your computer ;-)

(if you don't know the Hellboy movies - watch them! They're packed full of visual stunning details and creatures! I hope Guillermo del Toro will make a third movie)
