Part of Wyeth’s “New England Series” murals which depict Pilgrims and life in the Plymouth colony, as well as scenes devoted to birds and deer. The murals are a series of 19 paintings commissioned by MetLife in 1940

Production designer Doug Chiang's original artwork was used for concept art, production storyboards, and computer-generated renderings to produce the final motion picture.

This watercolor, executed in 1967, depicts Kuerners' Farm in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania with the hill across Ring Road. It was released as a Collotype in 1976 by The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
