Jackson loves his baby brothers. Benson would just giggle loudly he swung his arm back and forth and danced with him. Anderson, however, was his own person that day. He ran around with Pawpaw (my dad) doing boy things :)

Anderson figured out how to turn the jets on in our jacuzzi tub. Lots of bubbles were made and so were lots and LOTS of splashes (note the walls). The mess was much enjoyed by laughter, and memories were made.

Embrace the grain. It adds a certain a mood. I love the light and shadows, especially here, and how you can kind of see one eye. Spooky...or "pookey" as Jackson would say since he hasn't quite gotten his S's down.

Just like that, time flies. I cannot believe my first baby is five...a whole hand, as he says. Where in the world does time go?! Try as I might, I ask, beg even, Mr. Time to slow down, but he does not honor my request.

Jackson informed me while holding up his little hand that he had "three girlfriends" and I "needed to hurry up". I said, "Three?! That's it?!" Then he said, "Well, it's more like ten one hundred thousand, but I can only remember the names of 3 of them."

I have missed two things... cooler temps and Fence Friday. Cooler temps are not technically here, unless 90 degrees is "cool" to you, but I was able to photograph this lovely fence.Sometimes the simplest things that we see every day are the most beautiful.
