I wish I lived in Lynet's house - it has all these little gems of locations! Though I've never been in a place that had a larger collection of cobwebs than this small basement (what a great place to be for an arachniphobe!) it made for a pretty great location. (With the help of Lynet the spider-fighting model, of course - I would never have gone into that place if it hadn't been for her clearing the way asdfghjkl!)

School's been keeping me so busy, bah.

I wish we had white light poles. They'd have made editing this so, so much easier. Getting all the yellows out of this was a hell!

Kudos to those photographers who roll around in the snow with hardly any clothes on. I don't know how you do it. Being outside, fully clothed, for about an hour already gave me the impression I was about to lose my fingers and toes.

Look at this glooooorious ~~and very illegal~~ location! I'm so happy I ignored my original oh-my-god-so-many-people-will-see-me-trespassing-fears and entered these grounds, because they're the best. Though small, the pine tree plantation gave me the feeling I was walking around in a forest - and that is something I've been longing for so much.

Walking through this field was like walking on clouds. Just days ago, it was covered in a thin layer of water, just enough for ice to form on it. The water pulled back, but the one centimetre of ice remained - floating about ten cm above the ground. Not strong enough to carry my weight, but certainly enough to create a sort of air cushion that slowly deflates the moment you step on it.

I cycled around the area for hours, desperate to find a place that wasn't full of people or completely flooded. You'd think that shouldn't be too hard - that there should be at least a small forest somewhere, or perhaps a field remote or shielded enough to take photos without an audience, but alas. I ended up shooting in a field surrounded by a walking path, with quite a few (unwanted) onlookers.
I'm so done with the region I live in. I know mountains and giant cliffs and beaches and endless amounts of abandoned buildings are perhaps a bit too much to ask for, especially considering this is The Netherlands after all, but would a little forest really hurt anyone?

Next up challenge, a 365. I'm not sure when I'll ever do this - surely not before my personal project for school is over, because boy, does that take a lot of time, but one day...!
