Get your infinite treasure trove with Sahaja Meditation

When we come across a treasure, we need to let go of the pebbles, so our hands can be free to take in the more valuable stuff. There are always those who hold back on connecting others, citing priorities and limited nature of their own self. Since the infinity has not registered in their understanding, they have not realized the eternity of the spirit’s gift. They are still hanging on to the pebbles from the past and occasionally giving fractions of those in the name of spiritual light. Blessed are those who carry back the spirit’s treasures and redistribute it without judging the recipients. Thus the giver recognizes the infinite nature of the treasure. Even more praiseworthy are those who bring others to the infinite gold mine, without constraining their selection of people they are connecting to the light.

Sahaja Meditation - Reward Yourself

When we enter a state of meditation, we enter a realm of silence; the thoughts which assail us fade away, and the reality of the present is revealed to us in all its intensity. Our senses send us direct image of the world which is not altered by our mind or our conditionings. When we are immersed in a state of meditation our emotions are also brought into balance. All the weaknesses, such as greed, insecurity, jealousy etc. which hinder the expression of pure and sincere sentiments are reduced when the joy of meditation is felt. You can deal with the things that are happening around you much more effectively in a kind of a more detached way. In a way that you just deal with it without reacting so much, without getting as nervous, without responding to the pressure. Stress just rolls off with Sahaja Meditation.

Yoann Freget has been a singer since his childhood. Yoann performed in one of the most famous Gospel choirs in Europe, “Gospelize it! Mass Choir” directed by Emmanuel Djob, for three years. He has led his own Gospel choir "Le Choeur Enchante" and has been giving singing lessons since 2006. He has started to gain a deep understanding of the essence of African-American music and he really feels that through the Power of Love, this music can dissolve all the artificial barriers between human beings such as race, religion, or nationality. For Yoann the music especially African American music holds the key to transforming humanity on a deeper level. He discovered that because of its unique rhythm, its liberty of expression and improvisation African American music can be a potent vehicle for preparing people for deep meditative experience.
