from the archives. this was taken last february. i remember it being bitterly cold and my fingers were so numb it took double time to adjust the settings on the camera. it was about 5pm and the sun was setting. i can recall very clearly that the air was so quiet, so calm, so still.

i was having a brew today just as the sun was setting. decided to experiment with the sun which was glorious, although it only appeared for about 5 minutes then disappeared behind the clouds again. after fiddling around with settings on the camera, i tried to capture it asap! reeeally love moments like this, the sky is just so pretty, and i'm surrounded by peace...
