That's what we call this smiley grandson. A boy can't go past water and not put his hands in it! Cason is proudly wearing the souvenir cowboy hat he bought when we vacationed with them.

Breeze is still with us after six years. She calls our yard home and lives in our garage each winter. This kitty gets quite round during the winter months because she doesn't want to go out in the cold, though she does enjoy greeting my husband's piano students when they arrive while perched on our front porch rail. It's time to get her moving again now that it's finally Spring---sort of like us........... :o)

Near Branson, MO is Inspiration Tower at Shepherd of the Hills that stands 230' above 'Old Matt's Cabin' built in 1884.

Everyone should have a front porch :o)

Or maybe she was playing hard to get. She just kept grooming, though she did try to walk away from him twice and he'd jump in front of her and shake his plumage. They were in the zoo in Springfield, MO. We visited Branson during Spring-break.
