Just over 4" long and completely hollow to boot. I was mad that I could only get 4 strings piped down the neck, to technically a bass guitar, but shhhh!!

I have had the honor of making cakes for this little girl since before she was born (and her mum and dad's wedding cake too). I just love being able to see families evolve through the years, and this wonderful family is especially close to my heart. Happy 1st Birthday Isabel!!!

My niece is obsessed with the Tangled movie, so of course her birthday cake had to be based on that. The base ground is cake and the thin part is a PVC pipe covered in fondant and the only non edible part. The top part of the tower is also cake.

I don't usually post pictures other than cake, but I have no cakes this week so of course I had to bake something. I made the puff pastry from scratch too... a lot easier than you'd think.

My brother Johnny got himself hitched this past Saturday to an amazing woman and of course I got to make the cake. Everything is edible and handmade.

These were done for a baby shower. I did others to look like baby blocks, but I don't have a good picture. I'll have to do some fiddling before I can post.
