Found this wonderful scene after Jazz Fest in the neighborhood near the Fairgrounds. An old pay phone box has been converted into a shrine to St Claire, patroness of telephones, telegraphs, television, and now, smart phones. The large portrait in the background is part of an art project in honor of Steve Gleason, former New Orleans Saints player and neighborhood resident who's battling ALS.
