From the Disney animated feature film Despicable Me!

"Despicable Me is a 2010 American computer-animated 3D family comedy film from Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment that was released on July 9, 2010 in the United States. The first Illumination Entertainment production, it was directed by Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud, based on an original story by Sergio Pablos.
The film stars the voice of Steve Carell as Gru, a super-villain who adopts three girls (the voices of Miranda Cosgrove, Dana Gaier, and Elsie Fisher) from an orphanage; and the voice of Jason Segel as Vector, a rival of Gru who steals the Great Pyramid of Giza. A little footnote: The second shadow on the left "wall" is a reflection of the light off of the plexiglass floor GRU is standing on. Kinda' cool, normally would have edited it.

New technique... Not sure I really like it, but during the exposure, move the camera or tripod to get the blurring effect.

"Laurel and Hardy were one of the most popular and critically acclaimed comedy double acts of the early Classical Hollywood era of American cinema. Composed of thin Englishman Stan Laurel (1890–1965) and large American Oliver Hardy (1892–1957), they became well known during the late 1920s to the mid-1940s for their slapstick comedy, with Laurel playing the clumsy and childlike friend of the pompous Hardy."

A bit before my time, but I do recall seeing them on the Late Show Movie, when I was a young teen.

The Lafayett, IN "Historic" Farmer's Market...

The Lafayette Farmers Market has been around for over 165 years! On Saturdays, from early May through late October, downtown Lafayette is filled with the smell of fresh garden flowers, baked goods, vegetables, fruits, plus honey, jams and jellies.

This morning, with temperatures in the mid 40's (that would be around 7 C), the most popular item was hot coffee and tea.

This gentleman - who normally performs as part of duet - was solo this morning. While I was there he serenaded the visitors with his rendition of The Girl from ipanema, which I thought was somewhat inappropriate - given the weather.
