It is a misty morning
As I walk along the trail.
The fog..hanging softly
Like unto a misty vail.

Silence walks the parkway
As I tread so softly there,
Enveloped in Your gentleness
My heart....it has no fear.

The trees....Their faces craggy,
Stand solemnly...at large
Standing at attention
Before their mighty charge.

The stream so softly gurgling
As it rushes down the way,
Swiftly flowing water...
Going to another day.

My mind is held in awe
As now I hear you say,
'My child, I'll always love you,
Just let, now, come what may'.

A view of the Chennai Marina Beach. Chennai, India was hit by a cyclonic storm on Sunday but the people were still visiting the beaches to spend their Sunday.

A MUST View On Large

Won the Photo Of The day in PhotoBurst!

A new cyclone named "Jal" hit Chennai today due to which normal life in Chennai and other parts of Tamilnadu got affected. I went to the marina beach to get some shots. I was really surprised by the heavy fog in the beach. I was unable to see anything more than 10 feet from me. You can see that in the above photo. Another surprise was that the beach was not short of people. Although i couldn't find the usual Sunday crowd, it was a considerable crowd. The climate was really awesome too.
