Trying a few new things whilst down at Steetley on Sunday, I just wish I'd got Paul to step to the left so he was clear of the building behind him, I think it would have been a lot more dramatic to see him clearly... lol

We had another run out to Steetley today to see how much more had been demolished....lots, still worth a visit though if you're upto a bit off climbing and dodging .. lol

Another shot from Steetley, this is one of the big ponds and as you can see they have ripped the curved roof struts down and a lot of the side wall, this has exposed a lot of steel rods that was used for supporting the concrete

Also this was another one of my attempts at a post apocalyptic shot

Thanks Paul for some post apocalyptic inspiration

Went over to Steetly this afternoon for some dramatic scenery only to find that they have totally fenced it off and have started the demolition of the site, quite a shock, it does look even more devastated and decayed than ever though

Luckily it doesn't stop a hardened photographer .. lol

You can always tell a popular spot, just look for the footprints

The Beach at Steetly has just as much to offer as the old Magnasite works

A trip with some friends to Sttetley, not the normal type of shot from there, but this old fire hose really took my eye

It was a great day, the weather was superb including he sky, more shots to follow
