I try to jog and/or walk 3 times a week; it is good for my heart and my mind. I take an iPod for company also it sort of helps a little bit to keep me motivated as I love music and have been trying to listen to music ONLY when I am exercising. I am guilty of listening to music too loud, so I am trying to behave myself and don’t have it on &amp;quot;full steam&amp;quot;. I did pretty well today I managed to jog for 20 minutes uninterrupted. Let’s see if I can stay this motivated for the next 51 weeks! Time will tell...&lt;/p&gt;</description>
