I am WAY behind on 52 Weeks uploads. Uni work is getting in the way. In fact, I'm supposed to be working on assignments right now. Took this photo at my new house, where I get pretty cool views of the sunset each night through the trees in the garden.

Also, not really liking everything about this new Flickr. But I never like websites when they first change them.

Mel and I drove out to the Weir on Saturday. Partly for an assignment, but mostly because I wanted to see the Autumn foliage here before it disappears.

From a recent trip to Anglesea to visit my Grandma. Can I live near the beach please? Because early morning walks with views like this are simply amazing.

Some exciting news: I moved house! For the first time ever! I'm living by myself in a rather nice looking house with a purple couch and no Internet. So that's why this is so late. I have week 14 as well but I won't upload them at the same time.

Wow, it has seriously been a really busy few weeks. I haven't quit my 52 weeks project though and I have some to upload but for now here is a photo I took on a trip to visit my grandmother. This woman was walking her three dogs along the beach and they kept coming up to me for pats. I haven't felt like I've seen a huge amount of the beach this Summer and I'm going to be missing out on most of next year's Summer, but I don't mind that. It's just nice to get there when I can.

Something simple, mostly because the other portraits I took were so much nicer left uncropped (I want this whole project to be square-cropped, in case you hadn't noticed). Feeling very busy this week, like I have no time to do anything. In reality, I have plenty of time I just waste it doing silly things like baking cupcakes and watching old episodes of "Veronica Mars". Study is hard to actually get around to doing.

I really love spontaneous trips to waterfalls and Indian food in little cafes in arty towns. Those kind of Sundays are the best.

As I was taking this, I was thinking about how I really should go outside more often because my skin is so very pale. So I thought a ghostly image would be appropriate.

This is honestly one of my favourite places in the whole world. I spent so much time here as a kid, and I loved every minute of it.

Not particularly happy with this one. I had one that I really loved, but it ended up being so bright it was impossible to make it look any good. That's the only problem with this place: it is so bright, all the time.

This one's a bit late. I planned to take it yesterday but I forgot I had actual, must-attend plans. I like this one much more than last week's photo. Actual effort went into this one.

I love bubbles. They remind me of dreams. Beautiful and fascinating one minute, gone the next. One of my dreams is going to become semi-true this Thursday. Or at least, I'm going to be one step closer to it coming true. I'm very excited.

Spent most of this week working. I did get to go see a film while at work though, which was nice. I wish these kids were into make believe. Dressing up as fairy princesses and superheroes and ladies going to a ball used to be my favourite things to do as a kid. I lost some of that magical imagination along the way and I'm hoping that this project helps me to recapture some of it.
