I discovered some old images that truly deserved attention, at least to me! I can't believe I let some things slide by. I think I must've had computer problems at this time, too ;) I'm between two different computers right now, based on which one will work for me. Truthfully I just need to get on my game and revamp both systems. Oh, the joys of the technical industry!

First time shooting at these springs! New equipment + dive belt + first time UW models.

Feeling under the weather so I'm going to post an image from the springs shoot, even though I wanted to wait ;) I've made some progress, and I'll be sharing more and more as time progresses. But for now, sleep...

A preview from my underwater shoot at these pristine private springs, thanks to Allison Craig for access to a new location! I love these shots for their simplicity and natural backgrounds. There will be other uploads these next few days, but here is a sneak peek from the video shoot.

New image - not zombies, and not shot at nighttime. This is from a shoot with the lovely models Heather (featured), Jessica, and Melissa. Please enjoy, this was Heather & Melissa's first underwater modeling experience. They did a great job!

(We were experimenting with fluid under the water, I have other shots as well. It was much harder than I thought it would have been!)

This image is part of a small series (about 7 images), as each image tells a story. Two sirens with ill-fate. These girls posed magnificently and created a story for me, I could not be more impressed. :)

News? Yes! I have news! I won an Honorable Mention in this underwater photography competition. It is my first win of ANY sort so I'm beaming, and simultaneously challenging myself to surpass the talent of those magnificent winners. Check it out! Ridiculous competition, I am enthralled. Thanks for your support, friends.

Saying goodbye to 2010 today with a massive photo collaboration with a few of my regular models and a couple of new faces with great talent. It should be fun, cold, and autumn-y: as winter here means changing leaves, not snow! Enjoy your holidays, I'll be posting more and more :)

I do believe this has been the hottest winter in Florida I've ever experienced! We only had about three freezes, yet last year it froze so frequently I couldn't start my garden until the end of March!

Well, anyway, sorry I'm always hit and run with flickr/posting in general. I'm a busy post-graduate, learning Japanese and finding employment. It's been a wonderful new year!

Hope you don't mind this "roll around on the ground after yoga" selfie... I should just go out into the world and take some shots. It'll happen...

I love these pool images for their clarity! It is a bit of a contrast from the natural environment of a spring, ocean, or lake. Each body of water brings its own challenges. For the pool, just a bit of pain, as chlorine will dry your eye sockets out! hehe

Removed the bubbles for a more surreal feel + Zena Holloway look (obsessed with Zena's work, forever).

I love this image, though it is just hands it is stunning to me because it seems like the moment she first awakens.
Also, the movement of the water is fun in the left image, a funnel shape.
