In Britain, gooseberry bushes are often found in copses and hedgerows and about old ruins, making them a symbol of rural British summers. The little green berries pack as much acid as the shortlived Toxic Waste (remember those) candy...still they make a fine crumble :) They are also a popular Pop-Tart flavour, apparently!

Another product of Toby's mom's veg patch, these are the flowerbuds of butternut squash - grown from the seeds of a bog-standard squash purchased from Tesco :) Just think of the amount of air miles we could save by re-using seeds from veg we buy.
