She had a fancy dress party with the theme 'Childrens party', So she had a candy carousel cake. <br /> <br /> I had to re-design the whole cake in one day, I had already pre made chocolate horses attached to larger poles, I had planned on using drum broads, putting a larger circus like top on top and was planning on pushing the poles into the cake, as I had been told the turntable would carry 5kg, the turntable arrived Thursday morning, I placed the undecorated cake on top to test it, which weighed 2.2kg, and It struggled to turn!! So I had to re design it all, I put the turntable motor inside the cake and build up the top with anything I had at hand, I couldn't use the chocolate horses as not only did they weigh more, but they were facing the wrong way! <br /> <br /> I don't seem to get much time for flickr these days, I do hope to pop by from time to time, I miss looking at all your wonderful creations ...
