The painting is of a cat peering threw a fish tank....but appears to be IN the tank.... :-)

She is my newest kitty....came to me on cold rainy night...hungry....with no collar or tags... she is a sweet sweet spirit....of a kitty so I named her ''Spirit''!!

My new dog (a shelter dog needing love and a home) She is a lab cross .....I named her ''Hope''! She has helped me so much getting back to being active....this is good!!

My cat named Precious for this very reason. Of my three kitties...she is the only one that comes every night to tell me goodnight by climbing up onto my shoulder for a snuggle.

My middle cat...She has taken to my new dog, Hope, very well.
Looks like she's thinking, ''I am not letting and other cat or that dog take my place on mom's shoulder every morning!". She got her name the first time she did that and I heard myself saying .....''You are sooooo precious!". And so.....that's her name!!

Hope and Spirit. (my newest additions to our animal house . Spirit was a lone stray with no collar or tags that came to my garage one rainy cold nite. Now she's Home!!

My new dog. ....her name is Hope. I opened my computer one day and there she was on the Animal Shelter site. I went that day and adopted her. She is a year old and sweet as pie!!

AT LAST A SMILE!! er a long year of grief and mourning after my sister's death. Suzy was my elder sister and had been bed fast in a nursing home in Texas since 2007, where she had lived following a massive cerebral bleed. The full story of what that sister meant to me belongs here but for now...let me say that when I was a 2 year old baby.... She saved me.....( kept me safe and fed along with my YOUNGER BABY BROTHER) after the three of us were abandoned by our parents.

After her death...I went into a depression unlike anything I had ever known before. I had a marvelous therapist who lead me back to my happy and joyful heart.....(back ''home'' where I usually am a very joy filled womon!!)
