Description: Progress Maufacturing Company office building on E. Progress (burned 1943). This company was started by Joel Fitzjarrald and Arthur Martin in 1922. They made Visible Gasoline pumps, and service station equipment. Later fuel tanks, trailer tank trucks, caskets and vaults and several other items.

Description: Arthur Masonic Lodge No. 825 was founded in 1893. Meeting place was over Barrum Drug store in a frame building in middle of east side of 100 Block South Vine. This building also housed the I.O.O.F lodge. Masons moved to second story of A. J. Maxwell Grocery at 111 N. Vine, then in 1918 to 113 S. Vine in the old Opera House Block and finally to their own building at 224 S. Walnut in 1965. This is a Group of Past Masters. Back Jim Haney, Ralph Molzen, Glen Schuetz, Bill Flavel,Clyde Aschermann, Sam Wetherell, Gerald Dolan, Carl Heerdt, Archie Day/ Middle, Jack Harrer, Jim Thomas, Billie Wood, Grant Binegar.
