I snapped this shot while exploring the Hoodirver area early this September with my wife. Turned out to be a beautiful image. I did some major dodging and burning on the Mountain and building which gave it a semi-HDR look! I like it a lot. :) Love Lightroom 4. :)

Another of my shots. This one was taken directly into the sun which was hidden behind the clouds. It made for a rusty feel before the purples and red tones spilled out! In this photo I worked to create a more natural feel by removing some of the more vibrant reds and blues and purples.

I love the smooth textures on the Fibrin colors. I edited this photo in Lightroom 4. I added a slight exposure gradient coupled with a slight minute, Remove some dust spots added a touch of clarity and increased the color contrast.

He is another fun shot from Sea Side Oregon! :) I added a lot of contrast and bumped up the exposure to help bring out the reflections on the water! :D

This shot was a little funky. In LR 4 I added the Infrared Filter and viola, then some contrast, a strong vignette and a touch of split toning... viola! hope you enjoy the split tone.

I was in Seaside this week for time with my Family and my wife's family! So much fun. I love the whole bunch of them. There was lots of food, fun, laughter, games, exploring, picture taking and simple acts of sharing life! What a time. Can't wait until next year.

I snagged this shot while exploring the beach Sunday Night. The sunset was stunning! I didn't do any editing on this shot other than +3 points of contrast in LR 3 and a smidge +5 clarity. The rest is straight off my camera. I think some of the color was enhanced through my ND filters, but the bright purples were dancing across the shore!

This was just a shot I took on a whim and it happened to work out quite nice with a little editing. I love the deep reds and blues and greens in this shot. In LR 4 I added a slight vignette, darkened the blacks, some clarity and finally a gradient with decreased exposure over the sky.

I snapped this shot on State St. in Santa Barbara California. It was a rad little pizza shop and the natural light set in the dim restaurant was captivating. Though I must say the picture is not nearly as good as the pizza was. :)
