Backlit fall leaf in the forest.

Wow I just noticed some crazy color banding in this, likely a result of noise reduction. I put De-banding in Topaz De-Noise on full and it had no effect. I honestly don't know how to combat this or what to use to fix it. Any suggestions?

More forest bokeh...I was going to crop this but then I couldn't decide which part of the bokeh wasn't going to be included so I kept it all. Straight out of the camera with adjustments for exposure only. No saturation or anything. The manual 50mm tends to overexpose at f/1.4 because there is just so much dang light coming into the bucket but I use Adobe Camera Raw to develop it and it fixes everything quite nicely because all the data is in the RAW file. If you aren't shooting and developing RAW yet, give it a try.

Taken with a 50mm f/1.4 and heliocoid extension tube fully retracted.

You can see me and the blue sky and clouds reflected on the surface of the drop. Yes, in this case it is a reflection, not a refraction.
