My daughter, Jennifer on the right, her very dear friend, Mod, on the left. This photo addresses my life as a Mom with a camera, often taking my daughter or son, too, when he was around, on excursions. My mom called them junkets. Then, I would usually take several pictures that day.

BTW I just read a few months ago that it only takes 4 inches of water to move a much bigger log than even this one was. They said to stay away from logs at beaches. I am assuming they meant down where water would likely to flow in and out. Well, nothing bad happened and we had a lot of fun, but what I know now tells me this could have been deadly dangerous.

Sparky the Golden Retriever with Jennifer, my daughter, many years ago, at the Pacific Coast of Oregon. That was Sparky's first time ever to go to the ocean, about a 90 mile drive. He loved it. The ddp in the sand is my copyright.

My daughter's 14th birthday party, late 1980s. "Aerial" view of 6 girls with Tupperware Pop-a-Lots on their heads. My daughter is on the far left in the teal and turquoise. Part of the party was inside, but part was out by the pear trees and lawns. I was up in the second story window of the old farmhouse, and asked if they were having a good time, and would they pose for a picture? I am posting this primarily for my friend's new "tweens" to 17 group, but I am not going to identify all the girls.

She looks pregnant, but she wasn't. The caption says "July 17, in the Pines. Half was up from Cody
Just in Park" Any ideas? Cody, Wyoming? Is there a Cody, Colorado? Would someone have a nickname of Half? Or did her grandfather mean a half moon was up and just left off the word moon? Who knows?

My mother is a grandchild herself; in fact many of the pictures of her were taken by her grandparents. She is my daughter, Jennifer's grandmother, Martha Jane Dawson, and my granddaughter, Anna Leigh's, great grandmother.

Easter time of 2009, 85 years or so later, I took a picture of her great granddaughter, Anna Leigh, with a Safari Hat. I thought it would be fun to put them side by side. I will do that very soon.

My daughter, Jennifer, 1992 when we went to Disneyland together. I think the dwarf is Dopey. If I am wrong, will someone correct me please? Ok, it seems that it is Sleepy. ON September 8, 2007, I adjusted the color to a more pleasing look, and changed the Dwarf name to Sleepy.
