Fully extended, my tripod will go about 5 1/2 feet high but I wanted a much higher perspective. Using a remote shutter, I raised the tripod above my head as high as I could and pressed the remote shutter, bracketing 3 exposures with each attempt (the sky would've been impossible otherwise). I kept shooting this way until I managed a composition that I was happy with. In this photo, the camera height is as high as the base of the second storey window.<br /> <br /> I've processed this shot about a half dozen times by now, this being my latest attempt.
