its quite an amazing place the out side blocks start off at about 10 inches tall and they go right up to 25 feet i recon

its very impressive if you look at on google maps its quite new so on yahoo maps its still a building site

bit of before swim yoga, crazy americans don't they you no you suppose to do post swim? believe it or not i used to yoga when i lived in london and i did a bit with julia when i lived with her. no i look like hippy i have stopped acting like one

i spoke to dlemieux in NY she told me she almost drawned on the way to work i can only asume that means it was raining hardcore. the whather here in great britain (notice the emphasis on great cos it is) has been fantastic and is set to stay that way for quite some time. in you face NY!

is a magical place

had a really grate last saturday night in san francisco, went to a warehouse party with guille and others and at 6AM was informed that we where going to toxic beach. upon arrival i found that it dose exactly what it dose on the tin. it was a toxic beach but at about 9AM a sound system turned up and the party began unfortunately i am becoming a light weight and had to call it a night at 10:30AM

went for a little dip on china beach on morning after a particularly heavy night. i could not keep up with these guy because i had a stinking hang over and only 4 hours sleep. i thought we where going for a little saturday morning dip but as i sat there trying not to think think of the pain in my head i noticed these athletes stretching as if they where getting ready for a triathlon i knew i was not in for a good time!

you may not of been keeping up with current events with whats going on in my crazy group of friends but presty is getting married soon and this weekend is his stag do. this means me and the boys are going to try are best to kill him. needless to say i could be spending some time in prison but i can tell you it will be worth it

all i can say is form monday onwards keep an eye on the tag presty i could make intresting viewing, might not be worth it cos i think a lot of will be made NIPSA be for they are even uploaded. just so you don't miss anything here is a handy link so you subscribe to the presty RSS feed

last night i was walking to the flickr party from broadway and kearny (google map) and i had a little trouble getting thought the Chinese new years parade so i made a little detour and to make sure i was on the right track i asked a police officer if it was the right way to mission street to witch her reply was "yes but its a long walk", long walk i was half way at that point 0.5 miles to go! thats not the first time some one has told that its a long walk when i ask directions

this was taken at the walt disney concert hall designed by frank gehry and brighton could get are own "gehry" if a load people stopped bitching and moaning about spoiling the sea front. guess what dipshits its the 21st century and we need more homes and we might as well do it in style. maybe if the people who tried to block it actual left brighton once in a while to look a gehry they would not mind so much

angus and www.flickr.com/photos/lomokev/tags/janetr/ (mine is image 3). i e-mailed the picture to them when i got home from my swim this morning. then at 14:07 i got an e-mail from fatmandy to say that he saw my photo on the BBC site by coincidence they showed my photo on BBC news 24 just as i reading his mail. also in the e-email taff informed me that he has just bought a shinny new intel iMac after years of PC vs MAC aguments with kagey_b, welcome the club. taff was first off the mark then i stated getting texts and emails from loads of people. also my mum rang cos she saw it on BBC news 24 i thin she was quite prod. neilclive also texted me as i was on my way to london (on an unheated train i might add!) to tell me that he saw it on BBC1 on the news 6
