Shot: At f/6.3, ISO 200 with HDR in Nik HDR Efex Pro with post in Lightroom 4.

"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference." - Robert Frost

This was taken earlier this Fall right as Summer was beginning to die down. The sun lit the otherwise dark and stormy sky provoking the power of two paths, two tracks. It reminded me of the Robert Frost poem, "The Road Not Taken" and how that relates to not only photography, but life as a whole.

Seconds after snapping the last exposure to this shot, my battery died! :) Buy this photo.

Shot: 30s at f/6.3, ISO 1600 with post in Lightroom 4.

Long exposure shot of speeding trucks under stars. Press "L" for a beautiful black background.

I've always admired long exposure and astrophotography shots so I decided to try them out. This was just out in the yard underneath the stars with semis flashing by. I really like it. Buy this photo.
The Palace is lit up during the weekend and various special occasions. Architectural, it is fantastic. Along with not being able to wear shoes in the Palace, you also can not take pictures inside either!
The Agra Fort is a magnificient structure in Agra, Uttar Pradesh (obviously). It is a beautiful walled town, basically, with gorgeous, striking red sandstone and other Mughal and Persian architecture. The Fort is a notable site, being a UNESCO Heritage Site, but the Fort's big sister, the Taj Mahal, takes most of the attention. It is a beautiful place though.
Humayun's tomb is the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun. The tomb was the idea of Humayun's wife Hamida Banu Begum in 1562 CE, and was designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyath. It is located in New Delhi, India. The tomb was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993 and since then has undergone extensive restoration work, which is still underway today. It is said that Shah Jahan, the man behind the Taj Mahal, was given architectural inspiration from the structure and they both [the Taj Mahal] are very similar in design. It is a beautiful strucutre and is also not a heavy tourist site either!
Shot: 0.5s exposure at f/8, ISO 1600 with post in Lightroom 4 and PS6.

A night time view of Chicago. Press "L" for a beautiful black background.

This shot was really difficult to capture. Earlier this year I was at the SkyDeck in the Willis Tower in Chicago so naturally I was going to grab a nightime view of the Chicago skyline. The windows there are extremely dirty (thank you photoshop) and it's quite dim in there. Plus the small asian family that kept trying to get in front of me didn't help. But with a little magic I got this shot.

If you’re awesome you can buy this photo.
In India, storms occur quite a lot of the time. It rains most of the day, when it storms, but after the storms the sky becomes magical. This was after and before a long storm. The sky broke open and golden sun burst through the dark clouds.
This shot is of an elderly woman who was just sitting by one of the marble minarets at the Taj Mahal. Yes, this is my first photo from the Taj. It is an amazing site, a place everyone should visit, if they can, in their life. A fun fact is that the Minarets are built in a way that if they were to collapse, they would fall away from the actual tombs. Just amazing. Fatehpur Sikri was one of the places I had to go to in India. From all the photos I saw and the stories I heard, it was a must. The city is HUGE! I couldn't even visit it all, but the parts I saw were great. Fatehpur Sikri is an ancient city in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. The city was constructed by Mughal emperor Akbar the Great in 1570. It is the first Mughal city and also built with Islamic, Indian and Persian architectural design. The city is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site is, itself, a ghost town but the city has a decent population.
