Todays shot was inspired by pancake day i've been meaning to get this shot for a while, i got a friend to stand behind the subject with my flashgun for a backlight (for the flour) and to give an outline to my subject, i filled the front with the on camera flash aswell as triggering the off camera flash by this, i got my focus with auto then switched it to manual so i wouldn't loose it then setup manual settings, the subject throws the flour into the air and the timing if alternate, this one though was my favourite the lighting on the floor and the subject was perfect i hope you like it.
