Flickr awaits it's end!

It was a rude awaking this morning when logging onto Flickr. Instead of finding my home page, there was a stare of disbelief.
I do not like this new look, and by the comments of complaint. Neither do so many other people. Most disturbing is the fact that Pro Membership will be non existent. Instead of paying $24 a year for a pro account. Everyone will be given a free account littered with advertisement. If one wants add free, then this will cost you $49.99 a year.
The new format is a pain in the arse with slow loading as pages of images try to download. Most of my images are below a meg. May patience be with you if one decides to upload the full 200 meg allowed.
I am seriously considering cancelling my account.

It seems if one does not add a image to a group while uploading. There is no way to add afterwards. And I just noticed that my other images do not display what groups they are in.

Mount Wilson after many hours frustration. Let me tell you a tale bordering in proportions to J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord Of The Rings. I have seen many images on Flickr from Mount Wilson in all it's beauty during Autumn. Very limited information on how to get there apart from having to drive through Richmond.
Does one realise how may Mounts there are that are sign posted! Yet not one bloody sign giving a clue that one is driving in the right direction.Two hours of driving in circles, turning around in disgust and heading back to Richmond only two Kilometres from the turn off. Then back tracking after finding a clue.

Enjoy as this image is priceless as my last clump of hair was being pulled as I arrived at the gate.

Scary thought seeing this face in the rear view mirror.
Apparently there is a circus coming to the Southern Highlands in early May. Not one tree, fence or space that a poster could be attached to was left untouched!
Found these surfing clowns parked at Moss Vale show ground.

Familiar looking dude.

Decided to convert this image to B&W. The writing was blue, and the background is a brushed aluminium. Did nothing for the image! But converting to B&W has made Sea Rogue pop out from the background.

T is for Truck. Not to be confused with T for Tractor!
I would liked to have had a wander around this place. Instead of a quick dash around looking over my shoulder for the mean looking truckers that had been there earlier in the day. There was abandoned old machinery all over the place. Even an old saw mill half falling down with a rather large saw blade in place.

The truck is a Thornycroft Trusty. Quick Google search tells me the truck is a 8 Ton forward control 4 wheeler.

Beware when travelling through the Southern Highlands. Strange bow tie wearing inflatable dolls wearing polka dot bow ties are everywhere.
