&lt;p&gt;It was almost apocalyptic, but there were no burning sulphur that rained down to destroy the city when the heavens opened, just consecrated rays of light that stroked the vista like giant fingers. I wish I had a timelapse of this, it was fascinating to watch!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;The entire week in Vancouver was predominantly wet and gray, so it was a pleasant surprise that today was beautiful.  The air was cool and the gentle breeze was crisp.  Everyone including us knew where to be - outside, of course!  Today we also set our clocks an hour back, which gave us more time to enjoy being out.  I hope yours was just as wonderful!&lt;br /&gt;
